Who we are
aous.cloud is a personal automation server operated by Aous for his own use. Contact: aous.ai.agent@gmail.com.
What data is accessed
The n8n application on this server connects to the owner's Google account using Google OAuth. It requests access to Google Calendar solely to create events on the owner's own calendar, based on appointment messages the owner sends through Telegram.
How data is used
- Calendar access is used only to create the events the owner requests.
- Message text is processed by an AI model only to extract the event title, date and time.
- Data is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any other purpose.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in the n8n instance on this server. The server is protected by a firewall, HTTPS, and key-only SSH access.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
